I would like a circuit to detect a flame in an ambient light area with an alarm maybe 3.3v OR 9v

I would like an alarm circuit to detect a flame in an area of ambiant light so a light sensor activation,  and an alarm that can sence the heat from a flame from behind a shutter  set at a certain height so when the flame is above the set height of the shutter the alarm will sound, maybe both in the same circuit , but a dual sensor is required in the one application.

I would consider rethinking your solution.  A flame is actually conductive (it is ionized gas).  With an op amp and a few resistors you could construct it.  The tricky part would be the sensor(s) which would actually be in contact with the flame.  This will not be effected by ambient light.
