Simple circuit please for an adjustable flashing light which could be used as a crude metronome for band practice?
hi, not looking for anythng fancy, in fact quite the opposite, would like something easy to build. It only has to be time-stable over say 5 minutes say, i.e. one song (and NOT "sample-accurate!). Don't need a digital readout, will adjust according to feel. So need a circuit with a pot. I guess. Doesn't need to power a big bulb, just as long as 6 people in a room can see it. A LED would do if sufficiently bright - I'm not familiar with what's on the market these days. Have dabbled with soldering iron in the past... Thanks for reading. P.S. The simple relay-based circuit might be ok if someone could suggest where to put a pot. and some values for Rs and Cs. Don't want sound output.
