i would like to create high powered lights

i wants to know how to create circuit to link with LED 10k in series or even parallel(to avoid breakage when 1 is down)direct from ac 230 and the components and parts needed.if i able to link how if i wants to increas the number of led 10k?please kindly reply

Sorry but 10K will not give you enough current for a High power light.  Also leds will not withstand the reverse voltage from the mains.  You will need to put at least a 1N4004 in series with the led to block reverse voltage.  Use Ohm's law to calculate the resistance for the current you need.  The circuit will be very inefficient.  Try looking at LED drivers on eBay they are inexpnsive, probably less then the parts for your circuit and much safer. Remember mains oltages can kill you!
