What is the minimum rail voltage for a 741 op amp?

I need to know the minimum rail operating voltage for the number 741 op amp.

Look at this link http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm741.pdf, it gives you a lot of information.  The minimum is +- 10V.  That is not a mistake, the 741 is an old device designed to work on the plus and minus 15 or 18 volt supplies.  With a Plus/Minus 15 Volt supply it will not go to the rails, it will swing about 10 Volts in either direction.  The LM358 is a dual op Amp that will work on 5V and swing close to the rails.  It is also much more stable and normally does not need compensation.
