AD7793 Temperature collecting

Good afternoon~all

Could you help me solve my problems?

Recently I am using AD7793 to collect temperature.But the collecting data has an unstable fluctuation. Meanwhile,the full scale is 0xfefe01 but not 0xffffff ! I have linked the datasheet of AD7793 into content,please have a look if need.

 

Does anyone can help me? Your help will be appreciated!

What you are doing is very difficult.  I do not have your schematic or how the layout is.  Your grounding system has to be almost flawless. A change of about 75uV will cause it to read a different value.  Be sure all grounds go to the same point (single point grounding), do not go from point a to point b etc this will give you ground noise.  If you do not need the full accuracy of the unit you can ignore the lesser bits that will help stabilize your reading.  I do not see your circuit but you may want do a bit of research on low level analog signals; this will help you determine what the problem is.  PCB layout for this is critical and should have a ground plane under and around all the low level signals.  Wires and most other prototyping methods will not work.  You may be able to purchase something already assembled where they worked out these problems.  Be sure the power supply is decoupled at the chip.
