Has anybody tried the 70W Mosfet Power Amplifier with TL071 ?

I built the 70W audio Mosfet amplifier and the amplifier can be set to DC conditions quite easily with the help of potetiometer P1. The adjustment is wthin a few milliolts at the speaker output. However, on application of even a very small input signal, both the Mosfets blow within a few seconds. I am unable to come up with a plausible solution.
