how to create a vibration motor that can cause the ground to vibrate?

i would like to know the circuit that can gives out a vibration signal enough to cause the ground to vibrate

You need a big moter with a weight on one side of the shaft.  Turn the relay on and off with a relay.  Start with a well anchored 5 HP motor and a 10 pound weight but be a long ways in front or behind the shaft.  If you did not build it strong enough it will move all over.  You can get fancy with variable speed motors.
