  • LA4440 is a two channel audio power amplifier IC with inbuilt in dual channels enables it for stereo and bridge amplifier applications. In dual mode it gives 6 W per channel and in bridge mode 19 W output.

    It has good ripple rejection of 46dB, small residual noise, built in over voltage and surge voltage protection etc. ideal feature of the IC is its pin-to-pin protection. Here LA4440 is wired in Stereo configuration using both inputs and outputs.

      • there re no options for setting bass n t in this ic.. it can be purchased as whole amplifier in any electronics part market.in delhi it would cost around rs 150 for 2xbridged circuit.

      • You can use a simple bass treble separator circuit.

        use TA8231l it is a 2 chanel btl audio chip it will give you 42watt at 4e load supply voltage 12v

      • hello friends i made a 600watt amplifier.
        it run by 8 mosfet tr and -\+80 8amp supply voltage. i made a spacial tone control circuit with LM324IC.
        this amp carrying the load of 4pcs of 8″ 80 watt 6e YAMAHA woofer,2pcs of 2.5″ synthetic dome tweeter and 2pcs of 4″ YAMAHA midreng.when i play this system it’s shaking my room’s stuffs and windows glasses

      hi,i have LA4440 audio amplifier circuit in bridge mode with tone control using BC548 transistor.i have some basic knowldge about 4440 means its input terminal,its power suply,and its output terminal.but i am puzzle with tone control circuit.i know,i need 100K,22K and 47K variable resistor for its tone control ,but i dont now where from i pick up wires for treble,bass and volume.i need ur help.there are only 5 connection terminal showing on pcb board thats are,input,output,suply,and two from tone control circuit with common ground of each.tone control carrying 6 terminal but ground is common so it is 5 only bcz its a double ic amplifier circuit.there is manufacturer name is written on board that is ‘JAYKAY’.i get this board from CD player plz help me.thanks.

      Hi, there is one mistake in the schematic, yet people are making the circuit. R1, which is a 2.2k input load resistor for the left channel, is simply missing from the right channel. I know it will not seriously affect the performance of the amplifier, but it will definitely cause a difference in the overall gain balance of the two channels; the left channel will need a slightly higher signal level to provide the same output power as the right channel.

      My dear the terminal of of 4440 … 11th is positive terminal of and 1St 14th are negative … maximum input voltage 16v and minimum 12 golt 3 amp its work on Bike battery .. also
